A Personal Message From Our CEO
We are thrilled to welcome you to CMY Renovations and showcase the high-standard craftsmanship we deliver across the Greater Toronto Area. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction sector, our dedicated team of licensed professionals brings an uncompromising standard of excellence to every site we enter.
Our reputation is built on an unwavering commitment to architectural quality and complete client transparency. As a hands-on general contractor, I personally oversee each project lifecycle, from engineering drawings and permit clearances to the final polish to guarantee our work consistently surpasses expectations.
Whether we are crafting a bespoke kitchen, expanding your living footprint with a legal secondary suite, or fiercely disputing an insurance settlement on your behalf, we treat your property with the respect it deserves. We are honored by the trust our clients place in us and remain dedicated to setting a new benchmark for construction integrity.
Who We Are
With over 40 years of combined trade mastery, our organization is structured to eliminate the friction, delays, and poor communication that plague traditional contracting. It has taken nearly two decades to assemble and refine our team of vetted specialists, licensed trades, and site supervisors—and that dedication is reflected in every project we complete.

Kind
We treat your home and family with deep empathy and respect. We maintain orderly, clean job sites, communicate proactively, and respect your personal space daily.
